Hardware takes time to do properly. Here's the honest plan, and we'll update backers every month.

    Preorders open

    Founding 500 and Early Backer reservations. Production samples evaluated.

  2. December to February

    Certification

    FCC (US), ISED (Canada) and CE (EU) testing. App private beta for Founding backers.

  3. March to April 2027

    First production run

    Pilot build, quality checks and packaging. Founding units numbered and engraved.

  4. May 2027, estimated

    Shipping

    Founding 500 ship first, then Early Backers in order of reservation.

Dates are estimates and depend on certification and production timing. If anything slips, you'll hear it from us first, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Every preorder and deposit is fully refundable until your card ships. Email hello@sottile.ai and we'll refund you to your original payment method.

When will I be charged?

Founding and Early Backer orders are charged at checkout. The US$19 reservation is charged now, and the US$90 balance is charged only when your card is ready to ship. We'll email you first.

What if shipping is delayed?

We'll tell you as soon as we know, with a new estimate and the reason. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before shipping.

When do my included Pro months start?

On the day you activate your card in the app, not when you preorder.

Which countries do you ship to?

Canada and the United States first. The UK and EU follow once CE certification is complete; join the list to be notified.
